The Moana Surfrider invites you to experience a taste of the islands with a quarterly interactive culinary adventure.
This month's class will feature a great summer party dish: a one-pot low country seafood boil, perfect to share with family and friends. Chef Colin will share step-by-step instructions, recipes and tips to ensure you're ready for the next backyard BBQ.
Following the demonstration will be a multi-course lunch served in the oceanfront Grand Salon to enjoy the just-made seafood boil, with a local vegetable slaw. Master mixologist Chandra Lucariello will pair the meal with refreshing mango-inspired cocktails. It is, after all, mangoes season!
Guests will come away as Masters in their own right, ready to wow family and friends at home.
