Box Office Services


Honolulu Box Office offers an alternative to higher priced ticketing agencies. We offer online box office services for events as well as onsite support and local phone support. We are a local company that has over 20 years experience in the event business. Honolulu Box Office was started because of the need for a local ticketing service that offers phone sales, online sales and affordable to patrons and promoters.

Cost


We offer a simple pricing structure for all events at $3 per ticket sold plus a credit card processing of 4%. Tickets can be purchased online or over the phone. This fee can be passed on to the ticket purchaser in the form of a service fee or be included in the ticket price.


Ticket Stock


Honolulu Box Office will provide tickets for no additional fee. We also offer e-tickets for all events so customer can print out their ticket or show the tickets on their phone for validation.


Ticket Sales Revenue


Revenue generated from the sales of tickets can be available to the client four to five business days after the event. We can direct deposit into your bank or send a check.


Cancellation of Event


If the event is cancelled, the promoter will be charged the service fee, and credit card expenses incurred for processing and refunds.


Reporting & Mailing Lists


The promoter will have access the mailing list and email addresses of all patrons that opt-in to being on the list.

Customizable - View report data that is important to you. Tix reports are highly customizable to allow custom filtering, sorting, grouping, as well as the ability to customize the columns displayed and the sequence of the columns displayed. Report customization can be configured by the user and saved for later re-use.

Exportable - Easily export sales and patron data to Excel, PDF, or CSV.

Create custom questionnaires and set what information you want to collect per purchase or ticket. And, best of all, YOU own and have access to this data 100%.

The API data feed allows your developers to completely integrate with the system. Pull ticket and customer data into your organization’s CRM. Automatically post event listings to your website, and implement a dedicated event search engine.

Your event site can be configured to include Google Analytics tracking codes for conversion tracking.


Hours of Operation

Tickets can be sold 24 hours a day online. Local phone will be answered from 11:00am to 6:00pm Monday – Friday.


Box Office Management at the Event


Box office staff can be provided for a fee of $25 per hour per person. We can sell tickets, check in customer and answer any general questions about the event. Let us know we would be happy to come out and help.
